We would like to introduce a case study of our processed PC panels (R-bending products). A gradient cutting sheet is applied to the surface. Since PC has high water absorption, it tends to foam easily during thermal processing. Heating requires high temperatures, so caution is needed compared to R-bending of thicker acrylic or PVC.
